Welcome to Anna Accounting, a website or web application owned, designed and maintained by NITYA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, INC.("NityaInc", "we" or "us"). This following page will give you an over view of the conditions which will be applied while you are using our services. By accessing our website or using services provided by Anna Accounting, you signify that you have read this Terms & Conditions document , understood and agrees to follow the Terms provided in front of you even if you are a registered customer or not.

We also preserve the rights to amend this agreement with out any notice. If this case happens then we will post the new amended Terms in this page with the date of last modification on top. And even if after that you continue to use the services then it constitutes your acceptance for the new Terms & Condition. If you don't agree to any of these Terms, don't use the services and facilities provided by Anna Accounting. This Terms of use will apply to all the users, visitors and all those people who access our services.

Anna Accounting is a software providing you the facility to manage your organizations transactions easily.

Anna Accounting allow you to use the service and hence forth you have to follow this agreement, provided that:

• You will not copy, share or distribute any part of Anna Accounting or any service we provides via any medium.
• You will not modify or alter any service or any information provided by Anna Accounting till the time you have permission to do so.
• You will otherwise comply with this Terms & Conditions provided by us.

You have to sign up and get your own user name & password, which you can use only to access the services and features provided by Anna Accounting which we maintain and update time to time.

You may never use any other members account Information to access to Accounts Services. You must keep your password and user name safe and secure. Any activity happening in your account you will be solely responsible for that. In any breach in security or unauthorised access to your account you must inform Anna Accounting. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your data or information due to unauthorised use of your Account.

You may use your Anna Accounting's lo-gin information to access your Company Setting profile. On providing your email id to Anna Accounting you consent to us to provide you with service related notice. You can stop the notification by modifying you Notification settings.

You agree not to use or execute any automated system like "robots", "spiders" which request messages to Anna Accounting server faster than a human can do using the standard web browser.You also agree not to collect or record any personal information from Anna Accounting services.

Anna Accounting may opt to block,terminate, disable, suspend or even delete your account information and stop providing you services if we find you violating any of the Agreement,including these action which are strictly prohibited :

• Attempting to interfere with security and integrity .
• Decipher any transmissions to or from the server providing the services.
• Uploading any unauthenticated data, virus, worms or any software which affect the Anna Accounting and its flow of work.
• Trying to miss use of services provided by Anna Accounting and misleading other user or conducting fraud or trying an attempt to hide your identity.
• Trying to hamper proper functioning of Anna Accounting
• Trying to bypass parameters which we may use to provide security to user or to manage the services.

If you learn that any user is violating the Agreement or is not authorised you can contact us and inform the same. You agree that you will not report any user illegal unless you have actual knowledge of that.

Personal Information provided to Anna Accounting by the inbuilt services is governed by Privacy Policy of Anna Accounting. Your selection to use our service means you agree to the Privacy Policy document. You will be responsible for the confidentiality of your user name, password or any other sensitive information. Any modification in your account you will be completely responsible.

Anna Accounting, Anna Accounting logo, the names, the services by Anna Accounting, trademark of NITYA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, INC. You agree not to use any of the above mentioned without the prior written notice to Anna Accounting or us.

As per the Terms & Conditions of this Agreement, you are granted a non exclusive and limited personal license to use the services provided by Anna Accounting. Anna Accounting reserves all rights to terminate his license at any time for any specific reason or no reason.

All the data in the Anna Accounting, the service and its material, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logo, trademark, service marks, copyrights and all the Intellectual Property Rights are the exclusive property of NITYA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, INC except for the data and personal information entered by the user.You agree not to sell,license, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, edit or create derivative works from any materials or content accessible on the service. Use of Anna Accounting Services and material for any use or purpose permitted by this agreement is strictly prohibited.

The services provided by Anna Accounting is intended for users who are thirteen (13) year of age. Use of services by any one under 13 is unauthorised, unlicensed and in this case Anna Accounting may suspend or terminate the service with or without prior notice. If you are under the age of 18 years you may use the Service only if you possess legal parental guidance or guardian consent, and you are fully able to understand the terms & conditions set forth in this Agreement, and you agree to comply with this Agreement.
